Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Sperada, a marketing analytics service (“Sperada”, “we”, “us”). By signing in or using Sperada you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you use it for. If you don’t agree, don’t use Sperada.

2. The service

Sperada lets app marketing teams connect their ad network, attribution and subscription accounts (such as TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, Unity Ads, Mintegral, AppLovin, Adjust and Adapty) and see spend, installs and revenue in one place, with dashboards, reports and exports. Access to connected accounts is read-only: Sperada does not create, change or pause your campaigns.

3. Accounts and organizations

  • You sign in with a Google account. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
  • Work happens in organizations. Organization owners decide who is invited and what each member can do.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your organization.

4. Connecting third-party accounts

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Sperada to read data from it on your organization’s behalf, and you confirm you have the right to do so. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect an account at any time in your organization’s settings, and you can also revoke Sperada’s access from the platform itself.

5. Your data

Your organization owns the data it brings into Sperada. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or the terms of any connected platform;
  • connect accounts you aren’t authorized to access;
  • try to access other organizations’ data, probe or disrupt the service, or get around its limits;
  • resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

7. Plans and payment

Some features depend on your organization’s plan. Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Sperada available and accurate, but the service and the data from third-party platforms are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Reported numbers can differ from those in each platform’s own interface. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Sperada at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. When an organization is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify organization owners in advance. Continuing to use Sperada after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. Questions? Write to [email protected].
