Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

1. Who we are

Sperada (“we”, “us”) is a marketing analytics service. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Sperada, why, and the choices you have. Contact us at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

  • Account data. When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
  • Connected account data. When your organization connects an ad network or analytics account (for example TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, Unity Ads, Mintegral, AppLovin, Adjust or Adapty): the access tokens or API keys needed to read it, the account IDs and names, and aggregated reporting data such as spend, impressions, clicks, installs and revenue by campaign, ad and date.
  • TikTok data. From TikTok we read only what the permissions you grant allow: basic profile information (open ID, display name and avatar) to identify the connected account, and advertising reports for the ad accounts you choose. We don’t read your videos, messages or followers, and we never post on your behalf.
  • Subscription data. If your organization connects a subscription platform, the purchase events it sends, which may include your app’s user or device IDs. We process this on your organization’s behalf.
  • Files you upload, such as ad creatives.
  • Usage and security data. Logs of sign-ins and changes (the organization’s audit log), and technical data such as IP address and browser, used to keep the service secure.

3. How we use it

  • to provide Sperada: show dashboards and reports, run scheduled data syncs and exports you set up;
  • to keep accounts and organizations secure and investigate abuse;
  • to contact you about your account and important changes to the service.

We don’t sell personal data, don’t use it for advertising, and don’t use data from connected platforms for any purpose other than showing it to your own organization.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run Sperada (cloud hosting and file storage, such as Cloudflare), under contracts that limit their use of the data; with destinations you set up yourself, such as a Google Sheet you export a report to; and when the law requires it.

5. How we protect it

Data is sent over HTTPS. Access tokens and API keys for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Each organization’s data is kept separate, and only its members, with the access their owners grant, can see it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep data while your organization uses Sperada. When you disconnect an account, we delete its stored tokens right away and stop syncing. When an organization is closed, or you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Disconnect any connected account in your organization’s settings, or revoke access from the platform (for TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions).
  • Ask for a copy of your personal data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to us.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to processing or complaining to your data protection authority.

8. Children

Sperada is a business tool and isn’t meant for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We’ll post any changes here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify organization owners in advance.

10. Contact

Questions or requests about your data: [email protected].
